How do I get a visa screen certificate?
In order to obtain a CGFNS Certificate, applicants must successfully complete CGFNS ‘ Certification Program, a three-part program, comprised of a credentials review, a one-day Qualifying Exam of nursing knowledge and an English language proficiency exam.
How do I renew my visa screen?
Requirements for renewal include: Log in to your CGFNS Connect account and upload a passport-style photograph; or print the CGFNS Photo Identification Form. Attach an official passport photo and submit by mail to CGFNS International. Photos on record are valid for only 5 years.

$445.00. Initial application includes the credentials evaluation, the CGFNS Qualifying Exam®, and ELP verification.

Purpose: If your CES order is not completed within a year’s time due to inactivity, it will expire. You can reprocess your expired order, which will allow you another year to submit the necessary documentation to obtain a CES Professional and/or Academic Report.

CGFNS automatically stores an electronic version of all applicant documents for a period of four years from the date of the last order ( five years for VisaScreen® applicants). After four years, all applicant documents are automatically deleted from the CGFNS system.
